"Architecture through culture manifesting itself in geometry and structure of the works." - Mimi
Coming from a family affiliated with the Historical Society in Mindanao, she grew up with interests in history, archaeology, performing arts, graphic designing and illustrating. Her love for architecture sparked when she stumbled upon Tadao Ando's book of sketches in German. Since then, she has continued to gain experience in exploring and learning more about design and other operations within the field of architecture.
Currently, A. Jeán is an instructor at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP).
